First Beer Brew Started - Peace Coffee Java Stout
My first official beer brew has started, and while I am ashamed to have used a kit, I prefer to do rather than learn(and pay for it, and learn from mistakes). This kit was easy to do and I've learned a lot from doing it. It's bubbling today, the first day after putting the yeast in (less than 12 hours ago, actually!). The brew is Peace Coffee Java Stout. I'm using Thames Valley from Wyeast.
The green tomato wine is also starting to build up pressure in the airlock, but has not yet bubbled.
The raspberry wine is looking delicious in the 5 gallon carboy. Siphoning it has stirred the yeast, and it is creating more bubbles more than it had before. Woo!Blogged with the Flock BrowserTags: beer, homebrew, java, stout, wine, tomato, green
